For orders exceeding $250, we employ UPS Ground shipping, unless you request otherwise. To ensure transparency and peace of mind, all shipments include tracking information, allowing you to monitor your order's journey through the mail system.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships from our warehouse. Additionally, you will be notified when your order is out for delivery.

When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and your chosen shipping options. Returns Policy

Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the shipper. This period accounts for the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the processing time once we receive the return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, refunds are processed more quickly.
